Apply payments on-the-go in the Dubsado mobile app

We're excited to announce the launch of our highly anticipated "Apply manual payments" feature for the Dubsado mobile app!

Why this matters

Since the launch of our mobile app in July, applying manual payments has been one of our most requested features. We're thrilled to deliver this functionality to enhance your mobile experience and help you manage your business more effectively.

How to use

• Open the project you want to apply a payment to and click the "Invoice tab". Note the invoice must be open and still have a balance on it.

• Navigate to the "Transactions" screen
• Tap "+ Log new payment"

• Enter the following details: Date, payment method, and description (optional)
• Tap "SAVE" to log the payment

With this new feature, you can now easily keep track of all your payments, whether received online or in person, ensuring a more seamless financial management experience for your business.
