With Link, clients can complete payments in just 6 seconds, which is 9x faster than traditional methods. This speed, combined with a streamlined process, has shown to increase conversion rates by over 7% for businesses using Link.

Link's widespread adoption means many of your clients may already have accounts, potentially making your checkout process even smoother. For those who use it, Link autofills payment and shipping details, creating a frictionless experience that can significantly reduce drop-offs. Security is paramount - Link is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level in the payments industry, ensuring all data is encrypted and protected.

• One-Click payments, if your clients choose to use Link Clients can now pay invoices with a single click using saved payment information. Streamlined checkout process reduces friction and potential payment drop-offs. Link automatically populates saved information for faster transactions.

This is what it looks like for your clients when setting up Link for the first time.

• Automatic Link detection The system automatically detects if a client's email has a Link account associated with it when they click the "Pay Now" button. Existing Link users receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or email to confirm their identity. After verification, clients can view and select from their saved payment methods.

This is what it looks like to your clients when Dubsado Payments has detected your client’s email already has a Link account.

• Secure account creation New users can easily create a Link account during their first payment. Option to save payment information for future one-click checkouts. Clients can check the box "Save your info for secure 1-click checkout with Link" to opt-in. Phone number required to create a new Link account.
• Seamless Integration Link is automatically enabled for all Dubsado Payments users at no extra cost. No additional setup required - it works with your existing Dubsado Payments configuration. Link supports both credit cards and US bank accounts as saved payment methods. Standard processing fees apply; no extra charges for using Link. Link works with Dubsado’s surcharging, so if you have that turned on, no need to worry!

Link is now active on all Dubsado Payments accounts. Link is an option for your clients to use, not a requirement.
