New Smart Fields for Invoices and Packages

We have added a few more useful smart fields for you to use!

New Package Smart Fields

There are new package smart fields under the PACKAGE smart field when you are editing / adding a package within a proposal. (example with package total of $100 with a 20% tax)

1. Total with Tax - This is the package total smart field that you were used to before. This is the total of the package with the taxes you have added into that package included
   ​
2. Total No Tax - This is a the package total sans tax. So if you have been wanting the package to show the package total without the tax on it. This is smart field will be great!
   ​
3. Tax Total - This is only the tax total of that package. It is great if you would like to use the Total No Tax + Tax Total = Total with Tax to show a breakdown in the cost of that package.
   ​

Note: Any past smart fields you have on your packages will still continue to work as they have usually functioned.

New Invoice Smart Fields

We have also added a new smart field under the INVOICE smart field section when you are in any kind of text box.

1. Tax Total - This smart field is perfect for generating the tax total on quote like proposals, breakdown of invoice on contracts, etc.. Here is an example of that on a contract:
